Simple present tense

The simple present tense is used to express habitual actions, general truths, and facts. Use the base form of the verb for most subjects, adding 's' or 'es' for third-person singular (he, she, it). For example, "I eat lunch at noon" or "She works in an office." Remember to use 'do' or 'does' in negative and question forms. Here are some example sentences in the simple present tense: 1.
