**Interviewer:** Thank you for sharing that, Sarah. Next, we have John, a software developer. John, what do you enjoy most about your job?
**John:** Hi! For me, the best part of being a software developer is the creative problem-solving aspect. I love tackling complex issues and coming up with innovative solutions. It's also quite rewarding to see a project from conception through to implementation and know that it will help users in their daily tasks. Plus, the tech industry is always evolving, which means there's always something new to learn.

**John:** Yes, there are a few. One major drawback is the repetitive stress on my wrists and eyes from long hours of coding without proper breaks. Deadlines can also be stressful, leading to some very intense periods of work.
