Is school good?

We can say that school is good for a few reasons. Firstly, you go to school to learn. Teachers teach you how to read and write and do maths. It is the place where you get education. You need education to know about the world. And you need education to gain the necessary skills to do well in your life. When students leave high school, most of them go to university because they want to get a good job. 

Secondly, at school you learn social skills as well. You meet new people and interact with them. Sometimes you work together with other students. You become a member of a group and sometimes the leader. You do homework, do research and create projects. This way you learn to cooperate with others. Also when you socialize, you may have problems with other people. School life teaches you how to solve problems. The ability to work with other people and the ability to solve problems are important skills in life.

Last but not least school is the place where you make friends. You have lots of fun together with friends and it's great to share life with them.

How to be a good student

First, you should attend classes regularly. Don't skip school. If you miss classes, you will have difficulty catching up with your studies.

Always be an attentive student at school, pay attention to the teacher, take notes and participate in class activities. Be curious, ask questions to the teacher and help your classmates.

You should be polite and respectful to your teachers and classmates. You should also obey the school rules.

Do your homework in time, don't delay it. It's your responsibility to hand in your assignments by the deadline. Learn how to use your time effectively. 

Do revision regularly. This will help you learn a lot. If you revise your lessons every week, it will be a lot easier to study for exams. It will be too stressful to study for your exams at the last minute. 

Finally sleep well and eat well so you feel good and energetic.
